Here we have a beautiful vintage cocktail sideboard part painted in black with gold edges and a pop of colour on the three internal drawers.

The whole sideboard has been taken apart, thoroughly cleaned and sanded. I have taken the back board off and wallpapered it with a leopard print wallpaper for the internal back walls. The wood areas have been oiled bringing out the beautiful woodgrain which would have been a crime to paint!

As with any old furniture there are odd knocks and dints in the wood, I feel this adds character but anything I find offensive or is structural I will tend to before painting.
